SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Enjoy free USPS shipping on us for all orders over $100 with code FREESHIP for all domestic orders.

Please allow an estimate of 15 to 20 business days for delivery worldwide. Also, please note tracking is limited once a package hits a destination post.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs / shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

 **During holiday seasons please keep in mind that postal delivery services are busier than usual.

We recommend for all orders to be placed as soon as possible to avoid any potential shipping delays.**


RETURNS

For regular price items, we will gladly issue a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Please contact us at shopfreidy@gmail.com with a detailed description of what you want to return and we will get back to you within 24 hours, during our normal business hours.

When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package for your protection. Please provide tracking information in email of return/exchange request to shopfreidy@gmail.com.

Save the shipping receipt for your records. *Please note: Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed.

You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange mail.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

LOST PACKAGE?

We ship via USPS for all domestic orders, which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
